Dark Funded offers a 100% fee refund on every successful first payout. This policy outlines exactly when refunds apply, when they don't, and how the process works.
Refund Eligibility
You qualify for a 100% fee refund when:
- You complete your first successful payout cycle (minimum 14 days).
- The account is in good standing — no rule violations or breaches.
- KYC has been verified.
- The payout request is submitted within the 48-hour window.
The refund is automatically credited together with your first payout. No separate request is needed.
Non-Refundable Situations
Fees are not refundable in the following situations:
- The account is closed due to a drawdown breach.
- The trader violates the Terms of Service or Trading Rules.
- Fraudulent behavior is detected (chargebacks, identity falsification, account sharing).
- The trader requests cancellation before reaching first-payout eligibility.
- Subscription fees are paid (subscription plans, where applicable, are not prorated).
- The trader is in a jurisdiction where our services are restricted (refunds may be subject to compliance review).
Refund Processing Time
When you become eligible for a fee refund, it is processed automatically with your first payout. Processing happens within 12 hours of payout approval. If we miss this window, you receive $1,000 compensation on top of the refund.
How to Request a Refund
For first-payout refunds, no action is required — they are automatic.
If you believe you qualify for a refund outside the standard policy (special circumstances, technical errors, billing mistakes), open a support ticket via your dashboard or email support@darkfunded.com with:
- Your registered email and account ID.
- Order number / transaction reference.
- A brief description of the situation.
Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Subscription Cancellation
For any subscription-based plans (if billed monthly):
- You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- You retain access until the end of the cycle you've already paid for.
- Prorated refunds are not provided for partial months.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute waives all refund rights and immediately closes any active accounts. We reserve the right to ban traders who attempt fraudulent chargebacks. If you have a billing concern, contact support first — we'll resolve it faster than your bank.
